1. Ordering your car.
Once you have found your perfect car, click on the ‘Buy now’ button to reserve the vehicle. Here you’ll need to log in to Mercedes me and provide us with your contact details.
2. We’ll be in touch.
We’ll be notified of your purchase and will be in touch to discuss this with you. We'll confirm a few details and arrange a convenient time for you to come into our showroom.
3. Visit our showroom.
When you visit our showroom we will assist you in completing the next steps in your purchasing journey including a simple ID check via TrustID. You can also take a test drive at this point if you’d like to.
4. Securing your car.
To finalise your order we will ask you to sign an electronic order form and pay a small holding deposit (if applicable). Alternatively, you can complete all of these steps online if this is more convenient for you.
5. Getting your car ready.
We will arrange a convenient date and time for your handover or delivery. In the meantime, you can relax whilst we ensure your car is in immaculate condition for you.
6. Paying your balance.
A few days before your handover, you’ll be asked to pay the remainder of your balance. If you’re buying through a finance agreement, then this will be your finance deposit.
7. Collecting your car.
During your handover, we’ll provide you with a full demonstration of the features of your new vehicle. You’ll then be set up and ready to drive away in your new Mercedes-Benz.
8. Taking care of your car.
Our service doesn’t stop there. In the event that you do need any support from us, your car is covered by a three year warranty. If you have any issues, don’t hesitate to get in contact with us.
