We will have your damaged vehicle recovered to our Approved Bodyshop if it is immobilised and provide full management of the repairs to safeguard the manufacturers warranties and ensure safety standards are maintained free of charge to customers.

How we will help you.
If proven to be a non-fault accident with a third party.
We will:
Arrange a comparable replacement vehicle to keep you on the road whilst your vehicle is being repaired
Liaise with the relevant insurance company to have the repairs authorised and repaired at our Manufacturer Approved Bodyshop
Deal with the recovery of your uninsured losses.
If it is a fault accident.
We will:
Liaise with our Manufacturer Approved Bodyshop to ensure repairs are guaranteed, using only genuine replacement parts
Endeavour to keep you mobile for the duration of your repairs (subject to your insurance policy and courtesy car availability).
