Complimentary Roadside Assistance with Sandown.

Comprehensive Roadside Assistance is included at no extra cost for 3 years with any new Mercedes-Benz and for a minimum of 1 year with all Approved Used vehicles. When servicing your car with Sandown, your cover will be renewed for a further 1 year, worth over £250.

If your car breaks down, a Mercedes-Benz qualified technician will be dispatched to attempt repairs at the roadside. If the issue cannot be resolved there, your vehicle will be transported to the nearest Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer.

This cover is also available for vehicles registered from 24 October 1998* and is automatically activated or renewed upon completion of a service at a Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer.

How to use Breakdown Assistance?

Before contacting the breakdown/recovery team it will help by having the following details to hand: Vehicle details (Registration and VIN/Chassis number), owner/company details, symptom description and location of the breakdown.

• Your car can be recovered to a Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer within 30 miles from the breakdown

• Cover automatically transfers to new owners

• If your car needs to be recovered into a Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer, we can provide you with a replacement for up to 3 working days (excluding Accident Assistance)

• Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Centre are on hand to discuss any incidental costs that might arise from stopping your journey early, such as hotels and onward travel

• Before you get your car back, a complimentary Visual Health Check will be provided, to make sure everything is in order.
