Comprehensive Roadside Assistance is included at no extra cost for 3 years with any new Mercedes-Benz and for a minimum of 1 year with all Approved Used vehicles. When servicing your car with Sandown, your cover will be renewed for a further 1 year, worth over £250.
If your car breaks down, a Mercedes-Benz qualified technician will be dispatched to attempt repairs at the roadside. If the issue cannot be resolved there, your vehicle will be transported to the nearest Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer.
This cover is also available for vehicles registered from 24 October 1998* and is automatically activated or renewed upon completion of a service at a Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer.

Before contacting the breakdown/recovery team it will help by having the following details to hand: Vehicle details (Registration and VIN/Chassis number), owner/company details, symptom description and location of the breakdown.
