An opportunity has arisen to join us as a Customer Experience Executive at our Dorchester dealership.
The purpose of this role is to create an exciting and totally engaging retail experience for customers visiting the showroom.
The role is responsible for being the first point of contact with customers calling or visiting the showroom and providing them with a focussed experience, detailed vehicle presentation along with test drives and handovers post sale, ensuring the highest possible level of service. In return a comprehensive training and development plan will be created to aid your career path.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The showroom is open from 8.30 - 18.30 Monday to Friday and weekend work on a rota basis will be required
Hours of work: 42.5 hours per week over seven days.
Flexibility with hours in line with customer requirements maybe required.
