Sales Executive - Omoda Jaecoo Newbury

An opportunity has arisen to join us as a Sales Executive at our Sandown Newbury dealership. Applicants will need to have a passion for sales and excellent face-to-face customer care skills. We are looking for candidates who are currently top performers and candidates will be expected to discuss and demonstrate at interview your ability in this area.

About the Role:

• Assisting customers in finding their desired vehicle

• Contacting interested parties and customers by telephone and in writing to generate Sales Leads.

• Conducting face-to-face meetings

• Informing and advising visitors on the full Omoda Jaecoo range of vehicles, equipment, prices, conditions, technical data and other information

• Evaluating used cars and conducting appraisals of customers’ vehicle.

• Assessing the condition of Trade Ins and ensuring all defects /damage reported and recorded prior to a Part Exchange price being agreed.

• Organising and carrying out test-drives and evaluate results.

• Involvement in sales events.

• Guaranteeing professional level of product presentation (price marking, accessibility, cleanliness, etc).

About You:

• Current motor trade sales experience

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• A proactive and professional approach to sales

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

• The ability to work towards and exceed sales targets

• A full UK driving licence

• The right to work in the UK

Hours of Work:

• The showroom is open from 8.00 - 18.30 Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 Saturday and 10:00 – 16:00 Sunday. Weekend work on a rota basis will be required; however, a 5-day week will be worked.

• 41 hours per week
