We are looking to recruit a Service Team Advisor in Salisbury. The Service Advisor is responsible for every aspect of a customer’s after sales experience; once a car is booked in the STA will take ownership of the whole process. The main purpose of the role is to ensure the efficient operation of the workshop team, to maximise workshop profitability whilst exceeding customer expectations and satisfaction
Experience in an After Sales service environment is essential
Hours: 08:00 -18:00 with 1 hour unpaid lunch break TOTAL: 45 hours per week
Saturday working on a rota basis 09:00 – 14:00 (paid as extra hours).
Applicants will be expected to be immaculately attired as is befitting the Mercedes brand and must hold a full Driving Licence.
