Service Driver

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• To work to collect/deliver customer vehicles

• Follow route and timed schedule deliveries

• Assist customers with unscheduled ‘lifts’ to fit in around planned collections/deliveries

• Follow Department of Transport regulations and safety standards

• Safety check the driver’s vehicle with the aid of workshop control

• Assist with service department filing

• Cleaning of service vehicles

• Strict adherence to all company policy and procedural matters

Skills Required:

• Experience in a customer facing role

• Strong customer focus

• Team player

• Full Driving licence

• Need to have a “can do attitude”

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Well Presented

• Flexible as we may require small amounts of overtime subject to requirements

Hours of work are Monday – Friday: 08.00– 18.00 (one-hour unpaid break).

There may be, on occasion, a requirement to work overtime. 

Total 45 hours per week.
