After an eventful start to the Singapore Grand Prix, the Silver Arrows drivers managed to convert a third row start to a first and third race finish.
Combining the glitz of Singapore at night with rain, lights and the best racing drivers in the world resulted in an eventful and exciting 2017 Singapore Grand Prix.
Although Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas qualified 5th and 6th respectfully for the race, a chaotic start which saw the top three crash out and a commanding drive by both Silver Arrows drivers provided a first and third placed result for the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport team.
With this result, Lewis Hamilton extended his lead in the Drivers' Championship to 28 points from Sebastian Vettel and the team stretched their Constructors' Championship lead to 102 points over Ferrari.
We wish the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport team good luck in the remaining six races of the 2017 Formula One Championship.
