Brabus 800 Adventure XLP
BRABUS have just announced exciting details of one of their new releases...

A one-of-a-kind supercar, the BRABUS 800 ADVENTURE XLP is based on the Mercedes-AMG G 63 but is characterized by the newly designed pickup bed. The off-road capability of this revolutionary vehicle is all thanks to a newly designed suspension featuring portal axles. This facilitates a total ground clearance of 49 centimetres (19.2 inches) and makes room for the 22-inch all-terrain tyres.

To enable the addition of the loading bay, the wheelbase was extended by 50 cm, making the total length of the vehicle 68.9cm longer than a standard G 63 without a spare wheel at the rear.

The added pickup bed certainly hasn’t been wasted though; in fact it’s home to the optionally available take-off and landing module for a Wingcopter. A Wingcopter is a high-end drone which reaches speeds of up to 150mph and can travel autonomously over a distance of up to 75 miles, facilitating access to remote areas which even vehicles designed for the most extreme off-road terrains cannot handle. This makes it perfect for the transportation of aid supplies and rescue equipment.

Under the bonnet you’ll find a 4.0 litre, twin-turbo V8 engine featuring the BRABUS 800 PowerXtra+ specification, which achieves a whopping output of 558kW/800hp (189 bhp) and 1,000 Nm of torque. It’s as a result of this that the BRABUS 800 Adventure XLP is one of the most powerful pickups in the world; it has a 0-100 km/h time of just 4.8 seconds.

In true BRABUS style, the interior of the vehicle offers the ultimate in luxury and individuality. Each one of these pickups has the potential to be completely unique, with the customer being able to specify both the colour and design of the upholstery. The limited ‘First Edition’ series of pickups will feature an optional outer skin in ROCKET Silver Matt, and leather upholstered in the Burned Oak colour.

We can’t wait to see this ground-breaking BRABUS in the metal!
