Brabus 800 BLACK & GOLD EDITION

BRABUS have released details of their latest enhancement to the BRABUS 800: The BRABUS 800 Black and Gold Edition.

Maintaining the performance and style that would be expected of a vehicle wearing the BRABUS badge, the Black and Gold Edition benefits from additional gold design features, to signify the limited edition.

PERFORMANCE

Benefitting from 2 high-performance turbochargers, the four-litre, eight-cylinder biturbo engine achieves an impressive output of 588kW/800hp at 6,600 rpm. The maximum torque also increases by 150 Nm, with a whopping 1,000 Nm available at 3,600 rpm. Unsurprisingly, the result of this power is 0-100 km/h in just 4.2 seconds.

The BRABUS stainless steel sports exhaust system offers electronically-controlled sound management, allowing the driver to choose between the more subtle “Coming Home” mode, or the sportier alternative V8 sound, thanks to integrated flap control.

STYLE

The exterior of the BRABUS 800 Black and Gold edition is signified as such through the contrasting black body with the 23-inch BRABUS Monoblock Y “Platinum Edition“ hi-tech forged wheels, which have been painted gold for this vehicle edition. Additional signifying exterior design features include the 2 gold-coloured struts in the front grille, a ‘Black and Gold’ branded badge on the side of the vehicle, and the gold BRABUS badge on the rear of the vehicle.

Inside this limited edition, the BRABUS fine leather interior features small golden flecks, whilst gold pedal covers, gold door-lock pins and gold air vents consistently identify the vehicle as the Black and Gold edition. Between the rear seats of the vehicle is the BRABUS centre console which has been fitted with a digital touchpad, through which the integrated safe can be operated. Also housed within the centre console are warming and cooling cup holders, all of which further heighten a passenger’s experience within this fantastic vehicle.
