As we prepare for the impending national lockdown, I would like to update you for the action we have taken to enable you to deal with our sales, service and parts teams safely and in full compliance with the latest government’s guidance. To comply with this guidance, we’ve adapted our business further, so you’ll notice some changes from Thursday 5 November.

New and Approved Used Car sales – Open for business online

Purchasing a New or an Approved Used vehicle from us is as easy as ever. From the comfort of your own home, we have all the necessary processes in place for you to enjoy the entire experience – from initial enquiry to delivery to your drive. We won’t be able to meet with you inside our showrooms but we are able to arrange click & collect from our external handover areas or home delivery, whatever works best for you.

Our Online Sales Team is available throughout the lockdown period to discuss your interest in a New or Approved Used car. You can also explore our New Car Stock or Approved Used group stock online and we’re always available to answer any questions about our exciting range of models. If you already have an order with us, we’ll be in touch to arrange a contactless delivery to your home, or collection of your special purchase from our external handover areas on site. Either way, we’ll provide a professional and safe experience.

After Sales – Our sites are open for service, repair & MOT

Our Service and Parts departments will remain open and continue to offer service, MOT and repairs.

Collection & Delivery and Drop & Go appointments will continue as normal so as to provide a contactless and social distanced service. View the steps we have taken to keep you safe here.

If you have an existing appointment from Thursday 5th November and beyond, it will be going ahead as planned. As usual we’ll prioritise our NHS or and Key Workers customers.
