Mercedes-Benz has officially launched the all-new Mercedes-Benz G 580 with EQ Technology. For 45 years, the G-Class has stood for outstanding off-road capability and innovative, reliable technology. Now the legend is breaking new ground and setting another historic milestone. With its all-electric drive, it combines tradition with modernity and proves that it is equipped for the future – and built to last.

• 116 kWh high-voltage lithium-ion battery integrated into the ladder frame.

• Four individually controlled motors located near the wheels - maximum total output of 432 kW (587 hp) and a maximum torque of 1,164 Nm.

• G-TURN - drivers can turn the all-new electric G-Class almost on the spot. The vehicle performs up to two complete vehicle turns in the desired direction on unpaved or loose surfaces.1

• Intelligent off-road crawl function - provides drivers with additional support when driving off-road by maintaining a pre-set speed.2
