Created by the Mercedes‑Benz Global Design Team and built around smart’s “Love, Pure, Unexpected” philosophy the smart Concept #2 is designed to standout. It's compact and clean in shape, but far from basic. With bold details, a distinctive two tone finish and premium touches throughout the smart Concept #2 was made to reimagine the future of city driving.
Clean lines, strong proportions and just the right amount of detail give it a confident look without trying too hard. It’s a car that stands out naturally, especially in an urban setting. With the Concept #2, practicality and style go hand in hand, turning a city car into something you actually want to be seen in.
Built for the City.
The smart Concept #2 proves that small can still feel big where it matters. With a length of just under 2.8 metres, it is perfectly sized for urban life, yet cleverly packaged to make the most of every inch. The wheels‑at‑the‑corners design opens up the interior, giving it a more spacious, usable feel than you would expect.
It is made for tight streets and busy city driving. A turning circle of just 6.95 metres means slipping into parking spaces and navigating narrow roads feels easy and effortless.
Underneath, it is built on smart’s new Electric Compact Architecture, designed specifically for the next generation of compact electric cars. That brings real everyday usability, with an expected range of up to 300 km, fast charging from 10 to 80 percent in under 20 minutes, and Vehicle‑to‑Load capability so you can power devices on the go.
Put simply, it has everything you need for city driving, but with a sharper edge. Easy to handle, quick to charge and designed to keep up with how you actually live day to day.
