The Integrated Service Package
Owning an electric smart is about so much more than the drive itself. It is the confidence of knowing your car is fully supported every day. The Integrated Service Package is included with your smart to make ownership simple and reassuring. It covers Maintenance and Wear and Tear for 3 years or up to 30,000 miles, and also allows your Roadside Assistance to renew when your services are carried out at a smart Authorised Service Partner.
Reliability you can trust: The Integrated Service Package includes a vehicle warranty of 3 years from smart. This way, your all-electric journey runs smooth right from the start.
We’ve got your back: The Maintenance and Wear & Tear package covers inspection and maintenance work within the first service, including the wear and tear parts. It’s valid for 3 years or 30,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
Your Roadside Assistance is renewed each time you service your smart at a smart Authorised Service Partner. It starts from the day the car is registered and lasts until the first service. If you keep to the service schedule, it can continue for up to 8 years or 100,000 miles.
High-voltage component warranty
With the Integrated Service Package, we really thought of everything, you get a high-voltage component warranty, covering the HV battery for 8 years or 125,000 miles & HV vehicle control unit, e-motor and controller for 8 years or 100,000 miles.
