Roadside Assistance & Rescue Assist

Comprehensive Roadside Assistance comes free-of-charge for 3 years with any new Mercedes-Benz or 1 year with all Approved Used cars.

If you break down, we will send a qualified technician to try and fix the problem at the roadside. If this can’t be done, they will recover your car to the nearest Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer.

Cover is also available for customers with cars registered from 24 October 1998* and is automatically activated/renewed on completion of a service by a Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer.

Mercedes-Benz offers 3 years ^[1] complimentary comprehensive breakdown and accident cover across the UK and Europe.

Technical breakdown ^[2]
If you can’t start your car or continue your journey for technical or safety reasons, we’ll come and get you up and running.

Minor mishap
If you suffer a puncture, lose your keys or run out of petrol, you’re covered

Accident assistance
Regardless of fault, we’ll get your car to the nearest Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer.

Vandalism & Theft
If your journey is impeded after vandalism, we’ll be there.
