  • We can recover your car to a Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer within 30 miles from the breakdown.
  • Cover automatically transfers to new owners.
  • If your car needs to be recovered into a Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer, we can provide you with a replacement for up to 3 working days (excluding Accident Assistance).
  • Our Customer Assistance Centre are on hand to discuss any incidental costs that might arise from stopping your journey early, such as hotels and onward travel.
  • Before you get your car back, we’ll provide a complimentary Visual Health Check, to make sure everything is in order.

Renewing Your Cover for up to 30 years

To maintain Roadside Assistance cover after the first 3 years, simply service your car at a Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer.

You’ll receive a renewal notification to confirm cover has been extended for another 12 months on completion of a full Mercedes-Benz Recommended Service.*

Rescue Assist from Mercedes-Benz

The latest innovation in vehicle safety.

Rescue Assist is a safety system from Mercedes-Benz that uses QR (Quick Response) Rescue Codes to give emergency services faster access to critical information at the scene of an accident.

At an accident scene, emergency services need certain information about the vehicle involved - for example, its structural framework or the location of hazardous systems such as batteries and fuel tanks - to enable a safe, fast rescue operation.

All new Mercedes-Benz models are fitted with Rescue Assist QR Rescue Codes during production. For cars manufactured from 1990 onwards, Mercedes-Benz is offering a free-of-charge retro-fit service.
